Samsung recently showcased its Note 9 partnership with popular online game, Fortnite.

Some of our favourite YouTube and football stars received some mystery packages, crammed full of Fortnite and Galaxy Note 9 goodies. Here’s the lowdown on what they thought, and if Galaxy Note 9 is the phone for playing Fortnite.

One thing before we start, ‘cheesy acting is mandatory in this video’ – is what this video should say in the opening titles, but hey, we didn’t make it.

Samsung’s video features our favourite Fortnite gamers, including Ninja, Ali A, SSSniperwolf and even England Captain, Harry Kane! They each receive a Galaxy Note 9 and Fortnite ‘Supply Drop’ to help boost their Fortnite game!

So, what was in the Fortnite Supply Drops?

After unwrapping their goodies, they move onto play Fortnite on their shiny new Galaxy Note 9 devices, diving into some serious Battle Royale action. It’s safe to say, it went down pretty well.

How to Get Fortnite on Your Samsung Device

So, now you need to know how to get Fortnite onto your Galaxy Note 9 device.

If you jump to Samsung.com, there are several steps to getting you setup. Here are the install instructions direct from the site:

1) On your device, go to the Apps screen and open Game Launcher

2) In Game Launcher, Fortnite is available as a suggested game. If Fortnite does not appear, slide your finger up the screen to view the list of Apps available within the launcher. As an alternative, you can download Fortnite through Galaxy Apps.

3) Tap Fortnite, then tap Install & Open

4) Follow the on-screen instructions to install Fortnite

5) After the installation, get ready to play

It’s also available on other Samsung Galaxy devices, including the latest Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. So, don’t panic if you don’t have a Galaxy Note 9.

It’s worth noting though, the Fortnite Galaxy Skin is exclusive to the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy Tab 4.
